With our dedusting, pneumatic transport and central vacuum cleaning systems, we pursue a major goals: to increase tobacco yield in the tobacco industry. We improve the Primary and Secondary areas using effective and patented technologies. We reduce energy consumption in cigarette making: Our products save electrical energy, compressed air and conditioned air. This is addition to energy recovery from exhaust airflows. We would be delighted to give you advice based on our assessments in relation to further energy-saving potential in your production process. Our systems are designed for long-term use with low maintenance requirements. For us it goes without saying that all occupational and operational safety requirements in the tobacco industry and environmental protection are met. We implement product-specific requirements in cigarette making in line with local and international standards. This is also the case for fire and explosion protection, which we consider an integral component of systems, where necessary.

Products
- Fabric filter
Our filter systems minimize dust emissions. With our dedusting solutions, we can achieve clean gas dust contents below 1.0 mg/m³ as standard. This means that in many cases the air can be fed back into production. The result: dust emissions are reduced and the environment is protected. Our hose filters, cartridge filters and bag filters are automatically cleaned with compressed air and are also available in stainless steel, pressure shock resistant, with trace heating and insulation as well as fire and explosion protection.
- Venturi & absorption scrubber
Your exhaust streams are moist and contaminated with gases? Our scrubbers ensure safe and efficient cleaning because they reliably remove dust from moist exhaust streams. With reasonable energy input, clean gas dust contents < 5.0 mg/m³ can be achieved. The scrubbing liquid is cleaned by automatic belt filters or timer-controlled drain valves that automatically drain a partial volume during operation. The absorption scrubbers reduce acidic and basic as well as gas-laden components in the exhaust air to the permissible values.
- Cold plasma technology COPLAS clean
Our cold plasma treatment eliminates odours like nature, only faster. COPLAS clean is our non-thermal plasma technology for industrial odour reduction. Without any chemicals, water or waste, odours are permanently eliminated. Our patented plasma reactors generate reactive oxygen and OH radicals, which are then injected into the exhaust air. The highlight: The odour molecules are oxidized within milliseconds by the non-thermal plasma technology - without direct contact with the system.
- Pneumatic transport
Bulk materials, such as cut tobacco, tea, chips or crystal sugar, are gently transported with our pneumatic transport systems to reduce product changes to a minimum. Our patented SACU tobtronic® is the most effective and safest technology to ensure transport at a low speed level without blockages. To avoid gaps and edges, our patented FPC pipe couplings are used.
- SACU tobtronic®
A gentle and efficient material transport - thanks to intelligent SACU technology. To transport the cut tobacco as gently as possible during pneumatic transport, our patented SACU tobtronic® is one of the most effective technologies. It increases the tobacco yield in cigarette production and reduces downtimes of the cigarette making machines. The system, consisting of two units, continuously measures the air and tobacco speed in the feeding line and regulates the transport to the lowest possible speed level.
- Blend Selector
Flexibility between the Primary and Secondary with automatic monitoring of the pipe connections. Due to the various tobacco blends and the different cigarette and pack formats, a high degree of flexibility is required for the pneumatic transport of the cut tobacco from the Primary to the cigarette makers. It must be ensured that the required tobacco blend is transported to the cigarette machine. Our Blend Selector with the Connection Control System reliably ensures this and can be easily integrated into the MES.
- Process air control PAC & MAC
Durch automatisierte Regelung der Prozessluft erhöhen wir Ihre Material- und Energieeffizienz. Die Regelung von Prozessluft spielt hinsichtlich der Energieeffizienz und Prozessstabilisierung in vielen Industriebereichen eine große Rolle. Unsere Steuereinheit PAC kann auf jede Produktion flexibel angepasst werden. Die MAC wurde hingegen speziell für die Tabakindustrie entwickelt. Beide Systeme minimieren Schwankungen und Turbulenzen in Absauganlagen, indem sie das erforderliche Luftvolumen oder den Unterdruck reduzieren und homogenisieren.
We increase your material and energy efficiency through automated control of process air. The control of process air plays a major role in many industrial sectors in terms of energy efficiency and process stabilization. Our PAC control unit can be flexibly adapted to any production. The MAC, on the other hand, was developed specifically for the tobacco industry. Both systems minimize fluctuations and turbulences during production by reducing and homogenizing the required air volume or negative pressure.
- Product recovery TIRS & TRS
Mit unserer TIRS und TRS plus realisieren wir Rückgewinnungsraten von bis zu 2 Prozent Ihrer gesamten Produktmenge. Sie wurden entwickelt, um Tabak zurückzugewinnen, der andernfalls in das zentrale Filtersystem gelangt und entsorgt wird. Mit dieser Technologie trennen wir die hochwertigen Tabakfasern vom Tabakstaub der Zigarettenmaschine und führen sie der Produktion direkt wieder zu. Beide Systeme werden in die Entstaubungsleitung installiert und bieten Vorteile hinsichtlich der Rückgewinnungsraten, der Einstellbarkeit, des Maschinen-Footprints und der Flexibilität.
With our TIRS and TRS plus, we realize recovery rates of up to 2 percent of your total product volume. The systems are designed to recover tobacco that would otherwise enter the central filter system and be disposed. With this technology, we separate the high-quality tobacco fibers from the tobacco dust of the cigarette maker and return them directly to production. Both systems are installed in the dedusting line and offer advantages in terms of recovery rates, adjustability, machine footprint and flexibility.
- Central machine and plant cleaning VAC & NetVac®
Our machine and plant cleaning improves the working conditions of your employees, increases plant availability and reduces wear. Central cleaning systems are more efficient than mobile equipment, such as vacuum cleaners. They ensure that dust, bulk material and production residues are collected at a central location. This makes disposal much easier. The number of cleaning points installed is virtually unlimited and can be flexibly expanded.
- Central dust and material handling DCS
Central handling of bulk materials reduces costs, increases efficiency and enhances the cleanliness of machines, plants, and buildings. The consolidation of bulk materials, dusts or products at central positions is ensured by our DCS systems. In suction mode, the bulk material is automatically picked up from the receiving points and can be transported over long distances. At the receiving point, the product is fed to the further processing procedure, loaded or compacted for disposal.
