Although our systems are known for their durability, normal wear and tear can require individual parts to be replaced over time. Riedel original filter media are tailored precisely to our systems and meet the highest standards in terms of quality and functionality. They offer advantages in terms of surface filtration, cleaning efficiency, energy consumption and maintenance costs. We produce individual filter bags tailored to your specifications and in line with individual process parameters.
Our process valves for dedusting systems facilitate the efficient and low-cost cleaning of filter elements. They stand out thanks to their high flow rate and long lifetime as well as very rapid opening and closing. The valves are fitted with integrated control heads or external controls. All customary valve types are available.
To control pressure pulse cleaning for dedusting systems, we use fully automatic filter controls. All controls and components are suitable for use in explosion-protected areas. In principle, products are CE-compliant and, in addition to EU norms, fulfil numerous international guidelines and special approvals.
Our pressure transmitters can be used for measuring and signal processing for differential pressure, overpressure, negative pressure, absolute pressure and volume flow. The values are displayed reliably and monitored for range undercut or exceed. The product range also includes digital display devices to connect any external sensors. The measurement range of our pressure transmitters varies between 0-0.25 mbar (0-25 Pa) to 0-10 bar (0-1000 kPa).
When designing our discharge units, we pay attention to operator safety, reliable transport of your bulk material and flexibility in terms of cleaning and maintenance during operation. Example: Our rotary valves’ Easy Clean function makes them particularly quick and easy to clean. A certificate (Directive 94/9/EC) is available for special applications in the area of ATEX. Our discharge units are available in standard steel and stainless steel.
