- Extraction of Dust-Laden Air
- Efficient extraction system for capturing dust-laden air directly at the emission source, such as production equipment, material transport pathways, loading points, or packing machines.
- Collection of exhaust air streams and routing of raw gases to the central dust separator through pipework.
- Use of fans and smart automation technology to control the exhaust air streams using negative pressure.

- Use of suitable dedusting technologies for dust separation:
- Classic industrial filters using fabric filter elements as physical barriers for dust separation
- Dust filtration in venturi scrubbers through the introduction of wash liquids
- Bulk separators, such as cyclones and spin separators, using centrifugal forces
- Selection of the appropriate technology depending on the desired separation efficiency, the composition of the dusts, and the moisture content of the raw gas.
- If necessary, use a bulk separator as a pre-separator for the classic filter system and utilize downstream fine filters or safety filters for additional security considerations.
