Bulk materials are transported gently with our pneumatic suction conveying systems to reduce product alterations to an absolute minimum. Our SACU tobtronic® solution can be used as a complementary technology to ensure blockage-free bulk handling.

Our patented SACU tobtronic® is one of the most effective technologies for handling bulk materials, such as cut tobacco, as gently as possible during pneumatic transport. It increases the tobacco yield in cigarette manufacturing and reduces production machine downtimes.

Given the different tobacco blends and the various cigarette and pack formats, a high degree of flexibility is required for the pneumatic bulk handling of the cut tobacco. It is crucial to ensure that the required tobacco blend is transported to the cigarette machine without interruption.

The control of process air plays a major role in many industrial sectors due to its high potential in terms of energy efficiency and process stabilisation. Our PAC control unit can be easily adapted to any type of production. Our MAC control unit, in contrast, was developed specifically for the tobacco industry.

The TIRS and TRS plus systems are designed to recover tobacco that would otherwise enter the central filter system. High-quality tobacco fibres can be returned to production with the help of this technology.

Central machine and plant cleaning systems are more efficient than mobile industrial vacuum cleaners and ensure that any material removed, such as dust, bulk material or production residues, is collected in a central location.
