Corporate Social Responsibility
Corporate Social Responsibility in the modern sense is understood as a full, all-round, sustainable business plan. This includes the social, environmental and economic situation. This self esteemed target is one of the elementary objectives that we strive to achieve every day.
We offer apprenticeship! Young people are welcome to conventional vocational training, dual degree programs and internships - we also provide students with the opportunity to present their thesis work and to complete this in our business environment.
Our employees are very important for us, and their families too.
We organize an annual summer party for all employees and their families. Everybody is welcome - children, parents, grandparents, godmothers ...
Children can see where Mum or Dad spends there working day - parents can insure themselves that their children are being professionally trained to achieve the best possible job training.
Environmental awareness of the earth on which we live
Our photovoltaic system has been in operation since End of 2010. With an installed capacity of 162 kWp we cover the annual amount of electrical energy for our production.
This represents a reduced output of approximately 100 tons of CO₂emission each year – this is one of the ways in which we try to keep our environmental footprint as small as possible.
Private pension provision
Private pension provision is becoming increasingly important. We support our employees with a grant if they decide for private provision for their retirement.
We all work for the Company and should all benefit from it! The financial performance of the company is a result of the work from all the members of the company, so we reward our employees with an annual profit sharing agreement.
